This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement scalable enablement programs that empower customer-facing teams to gain confidence in GitLab's AI-driven platform narrative.
• Take ownership of enablement content related to AI capabilities and the Duo Agent Platform (DAP), as well as program initiatives that assist the field in onboarding, product education, release readiness, revenue strategies, and ongoing reinforcement.
• Collaborate with teams across Product Marketing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Monetization, and Field Leadership to introduce new offerings, product updates, and messaging to the market through enablement.
• Leverage instructional design, robust program management, and performance insights to craft practical and accessible learning experiences for the field.
• Develop blended learning experiences that include self-paced content, live virtual sessions, scenario-based learning, and hands-on practice tailored for field and partner audiences.
• Work in partnership with various teams to ensure that content is accurate, up-to-date, and readily applicable in customer interactions.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through metrics such as engagement, completion, assessments, and field feedback to continuously enhance content and program quality.
• Proven experience in sales enablement, technical enablement, learning and development, product marketing, solutions architecture, or a comparable role that supports B2B enterprise software go-to-market teams.
• Experience in creating and delivering enablement materials for customer-facing audiences, including account executives, solutions architects, customer success managers, or partners, with content that facilitates real customer discussions.
• Understanding of DevSecOps and AI concepts, with the capability to translate technical subjects into clear, value-driven messaging for field teams.
• Strong skills in instructional design and experience in building scalable learning programs utilizing adult learning principles and structured methodologies like ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies while upholding a high standard of quality and clarity.
• Experience in creating a variety of enablement materials such as e-learning modules, presentations, guides, demos, labs, assessments, and reinforcement content.
• Proficiency in using content management, enablement and learning platforms, along with standard collaboration and content creation tools.
• A data-driven mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to function as a self-directed manager in a fully remote, asynchronous, values-oriented environment.
