This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop internal DEO training resources, including onboarding modules, training curricula, workflow guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Create customer-facing training materials, feature walkthroughs, exercise preparation guides, and enablement videos.
• Produce slicksheets, quick-start guides, job aids, and visual reference materials for customer commands.
• Ensure that customer-facing content is accurate, aligns with brand standards, and receives approval through quality assurance and marketing review.
• Keep internal content updated as the product evolves and insights from the field are gathered.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure brand alignment, visual standards, terminology, and content distribution strategy.
• Own and implement quality assurance review practices across all content outputs.
• Partner with the Product team to align content readiness with capability release timings for customer delivery.
• Oversee a content production calendar in conjunction with the DEO Manager.
• Coordinate with DEO for the monthly content synchronization schedule.
• Maintain an organized, version-controlled, and accessible DEO content library.
• Identify gaps in the content library and propose production plans to address them.
• Capture and direct training-generated leads to Sales and Customer Relations for follow-up.
• Proficient in video production and editing using Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple content tracks, meet deadlines, and communicate status proactively.
• Exceptional written communication skills for scripts, job aids, quick-start guides, slide decks, and walkthroughs.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to transform raw input into polished deliverables.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with various teams.
• Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Preferred experience in producing professional-quality training, enablement, or marketing content.
• Strong visual design skills using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools are preferred.
• Familiarity with brand and quality assurance standards, as well as experience coordinating content review and approval, is preferred.
