This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a communication bridge between prenatal sales representatives and healthcare providers.
• Facilitate the effective implementation of EMR integration, ensuring accessibility of UNITY for healthcare providers' offices.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and IT departments within hospitals/systems to integrate BillionToOne products.
• Build and sustain expertise in all BillionToOne EMR solutions while optimizing offerings and implementation processes.
• Create and execute implementation plans to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead workflow assessments, rollout planning, training initiatives, change management, Go-Live Support, Post Go-Live Support planning, and coordination of legal agreements.
• Manage Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing Configuration work streams.
• Deliver end-user training.
• Maintain live customer relationships, acting as the primary contact for integration-related issues and changes.
• Inform sales teams and external clients about EMR Integration.
• Navigate and advocate for IT project requests.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to assess and improve the onboarding experience.
• At least 3+ years of experience in implementing EMR systems, electronic health records, or patient/provider portals, preferably within a diagnostic company or CLIA lab.
• Strong grasp of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and comprehensive EMR integration.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare project management, including managing deadlines, customer relations, and schedules.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff at every level.
• Highly tech-savvy; prior experience in technical roles is advantageous.
• Capability to work harmoniously with cross-functional internal and external teams while managing expectations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the US.
• Familiarity with HL7 FHIR is a desirable asset.
• Existing IT contacts within health systems/IDNs are considered a plus.
