This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement job advertising initiatives across programmatic platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of job postings across all platforms.
• Update and maintain creative assets, including advertisements, images, and landing pages.
• Gather, organize, and manage performance data for dashboards and reporting purposes.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and identify needs for optimization.
• Assist in compiling summary reports and insights for Talent Acquisition and HR partners.
• Act as a primary point of contact for job boards, agencies, and programmatic partners.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and support requests effectively.
• Aid in troubleshooting, onboarding new requests, and organizing resources/vendors.
• Help create and distribute advertising content for Talent Acquisition to utilize for social media, ad campaigns, and site events.
• Maintain templates, asset libraries, and messaging guides aligned with the brand.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Marketing teams, and Corporate Communication teams on social media strategies and website content as necessary.
• Support the execution of hiring campaigns, new site initiatives, and process enhancements.
• Provide assistance at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with project-based tasks as required.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in employment marketing, talent acquisition, digital marketing, or HR operations.
• Preferred experience with job boards, ATS platforms, or programmatic job advertising tools.
• Experience with creative tools such as Canva is preferred.
• Proven experience in supporting cross-functional projects or campaign execution in a dynamic environment.
