Employment Litigation Attorney – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative for the company in matters related to employment litigation.

• Formulate legal strategies aimed at safeguarding the company's interests.

• Offer legal guidance on issues pertaining to employment.

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other necessary court filings.

• Participate in hearings, mediations, depositions, and court sessions as required.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to evaluate legal risks and suggest practical solutions.

• Ensure adherence to California's employment laws and regulations.

• Active member in good standing of the California Bar.

• Demonstrated experience in representing and defending employers during employment litigation.

• Strong understanding of California employment law.

• Exceptional skills in litigation, negotiation, and communication.

• Capability to appear in California courts as necessary.
