Employment Lawyer/Employment Law Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide sound and practical legal advice on employment law to clients.

• Establish and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients.

• Assist senior advisors during client meetings and in the preparation of proposals.

• Oversee early conciliation cases and communicate with employee representatives.

• Conduct training sessions for clients on various employment law topics.

• Guide and mentor paralegals and trainees.

• Emphasize clear, pragmatic solutions within a fixed-fee advisory framework.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, supported by WorkNest’s services in employment law, HR, compliance, health and safety, cybersecurity, and ISO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Newly qualified solicitor or a professional in employment law/employee relations.

• At least two years of relevant experience.

• Solid foundation in employment law and employee relations.

• Capability to offer clear, pragmatic, and commercially aware advice.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Client-focused mindset with a dedication to maintaining high service standards.

• Interest in operating within a fixed-fee, advisory-driven environment.
