Employment Lawyer, Labor Law Legal Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Input, monitor, and oversee procedural timelines

• Evaluate and interpret legal publications, notices, and minutes from hearings

• Coordinate hearing schedules and manage process-related communications

• Organize, maintain, and update documents and case files

• Generate reports

• Collaborate with accountants and assist with labor law calculation processes

• Focused on Employment Law, advocating for and defending employees in labor disputes

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

• Background in labor law legal operations or legal administration

• Experience working at an employment law firm representing employees or claimants

• Strong understanding of labor litigation timelines, particularly when representing employees or claimants

• Capability to manage procedural timelines effectively

• Proficient in Excel and electronic litigation systems, with strong logical reasoning abilities

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, diligent, analytical, operational, responsible, and organized professional with robust technology skills and experience in collaborating with accountants, overseeing tasks, and managing workflows

• Experience managing a substantial volume of legal publications (preferred)

• Experience in employment law firms representing bank employees or claimants (preferred)

• Advanced degree in Employment and Labor Procedural Law or coursework in legal operations (preferred)

• Advanced familiarity with legal management software, Autojur, automation tools, and bots (a plus)
