Employment Lawyer, Banking Claimants – Full-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee employment-law hearings including settlement, initial, single-session, and evidentiary hearings.

• Prepare pleadings and appeals throughout all stages of the proceedings.

• Offer advice and support to clients.

• Manage cases autonomously.

• Provide counsel to colleagues and clients seeking the professional's expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A law degree and active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Significant experience in employment law, particularly in litigation.

• Proven experience in representing claimants.

• Skilled in developing legal arguments, drafting pleadings, conducting evidentiary hearings, and advising clients.

• Capability to work independently while handling a substantial case load.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic litigation platforms.

• Leadership-oriented, proactive, responsible, and organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong learning ability, and interpersonal skills.

• Results-driven mindset with a dedication to a culture of feedback.

• Experience in representing employees in claims related to the banking sector is a plus.

• Technical leadership experience, expertise in legal expert examinations, and oral advocacy before appellate courts are considered advantageous.

• A postgraduate degree in Employment and Labor Procedural Law is preferred.

• Familiarity with legal software is advantageous.
