Employment and Litigation Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Providing guidance to Americas PX professionals and business leaders on matters related to employment law.

• Assisting in the management of global commercial and intellectual property litigation, including pre-litigation disputes, subpoenas, and government inquiries.

• Reviewing and revising Americas PX policies, guidelines, templates, and training resources.

• Leveraging AI technology to deliver high-quality legal advice efficiently.

• Aiding in the creation and execution of training for cross-functional teams on employment law, best practices in litigation, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Drafting and evaluating agreements, correspondence, and various legal documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in employment law and/or litigation.

• Demonstrated and results-driven experience in supporting employment law issues as well as commercial litigation and disputes.

• Familiarity with LATAM employment laws or a strong desire to learn and advise on LATAM employment matters.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active membership in at least one US state bar.

• Proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.
