This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Execute employer branding initiatives that are in line with the overarching communication strategy and business goals.
• Modify the employer value proposition (EVP) and brand messaging to ensure consistent communication across both internal and external channels.
• Strategize and oversee employer branding campaigns, establishing objectives, timelines, KPIs, and communication channels.
• Develop and manage content plans for career pages, social media, recruitment marketing, and various digital platforms.
• Enhance employer brand recognition through integrated communication campaigns targeted at priority markets.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications to guarantee consistent messaging, tone, and alignment with the corporate brand.
• Create communication materials, presentations, branded assets, and toolkits to support recruitment and employer branding efforts.
• Coordinate with external agencies and production partners, overseeing creative briefs, production processes, quality control, and campaign execution.
• Supervise the production of communication assets, including videos, digital content, banners, presentations, and branded merchandise.
• Promote employee advocacy initiatives and boost employer brand visibility within professional communities and on social media platforms.
• Manage participation in employer branding awards, conferences, university partnerships, and industry events.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness, analyze performance metrics, and offer recommendations for future improvements.
• Foster effective collaboration among HR, Recruitment, PR, Brand Marketing, Design, Events, and Internal Communications teams.
• 3–5 years of experience in employer branding, corporate communications, marketing communications, or a similar communication-focused position.
• Proven ability to lead communication initiatives that involve multiple teams and stakeholders from inception to delivery.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of balancing competing priorities and managing several projects at once.
• Experience in developing employer branding campaigns, editorial plans, and communication materials for both internal and external audiences.
• Comprehensive understanding of employer branding through digital platforms, including social media, content marketing, and recruitment marketing.
• Practical experience working with external agencies, production vendors, and creative teams to produce communication assets.
• Proficient in utilizing campaign performance metrics and analytics to assess outcomes and enhance future initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English and Russian.
• Self-motivated, highly organized professional with exceptional presentation skills and the ability to cultivate relationships across various business functions.
