This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• Create and execute a technology platform designed to enhance and automate the tracking of recognition, milestones, anniversaries, and recognition history.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to develop impactful and inclusive recognition initiatives and events that reflect the company culture.
• Work alongside senior leadership, HR, and Communications to craft engagement messaging and facilitate cross-functional committees.
• Establish recognition program policies and procedures in partnership with HR.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of branded merchandise, encompassing vendor selection, inventory oversight, curation, pricing, and purchase orders.
• Cultivate and negotiate vendor partnerships and contracts to ensure competitive pricing.
• Provide creative guidance on merchandise design and stay updated on industry trends.
• Oversee Human Resources’ charitable giving strategy and manage large-scale donation requests and community collaborations.
• Organize cross-divisional product donations.
• Plan and manage employee fundraising campaigns, including logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Analyze data related to recognition, merchandise, and giving programs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create reports and dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Conduct benchmarking to maintain competitive, cost-effective, and best-in-class programs.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing rewards and recognition programs, employee engagement, or a related HR/communications role.
• Proven track record of creating or significantly enhancing recognition programs from inception.
• Demonstrated vendor management experience, including negotiations on contracts, pricing discussions, and relationship development.
• Experience overseeing branded merchandise programs, including processes for swag ordering and brand compliance.
• Familiarity with recognition platforms or digital tools utilized for managing and automating employee programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data and effectively convey insights through clear presentations.
• Strong project management abilities and the capability to handle multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present program updates and insights to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and research capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Capacity to operate under tight deadlines and manage competing demands.
• Strong sense of accountability and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
