
Employee Experience Specialist β APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries through the ticketing system, particularly regarding onboarding and HR support throughout the APAC region.
β’ Refer medium- and high-complexity issues to the appropriate internal teams (EX, Payroll, Legal) as necessary.
β’ Foster strong, professional communication with employees to ensure a seamless experience.
β’ Facilitate onboarding workflows for new hires across APAC, ensuring adherence to compliance and coordination with both internal teams and external partners.
β’ Assist with coordination related to mobility (e.g., relocations, document management, employment documentation).
β’ Ensure that onboarding documentation and procedures meet APAC-specific requirements.
β’ Oversee open tickets, guaranteeing timely responses and proper prioritization.
β’ Maintain up-to-date records across platforms such as Monday.com, Dropbox, and HRIS.
β’ Help organize internal documentation and training materials under the supervision of the EX Manager.
β’ Support operational tasks and process execution to facilitate smooth daily workflows.
β’ Identify trends in employee inquiries and offer insights for enhancing processes and documentation.
β’ Assist with EX team projects and initiatives as required.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Employee Experience team on routine tasks and projects.
β’ Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
β’ Receive ongoing mentorship and training to expand scope and responsibilities.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, employee lifecycle management, or mobility operations, ideally with exposure to APAC markets.
β’ Strong knowledge of employment operations and onboarding processes in countries such as:
β’ - Philippines
β’ - India
β’ - Malaysia
β’ - Indonesia
β’ - Singapore
β’ - Australia
β’ Familiarity with onboarding procedures and employment documentation in international contexts.
β’ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail is essential.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Proficient in using HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., ticketing systems, Monday.com, Dropbox).
β’ Comfortable working in a dynamic, fully remote team environment.
