
Employee Experience Specialist – Americas, US/Canada/LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries through the ticketing system, particularly concerning onboarding and HR support within the Americas region.
• Elevate medium- and high-complexity issues to the relevant internal teams (EX, Payroll, Legal) when necessary.
• Foster strong, professional communication with employees to ensure a seamless experience.
• Facilitate onboarding workflows for new hires in the Americas, ensuring compliance and coordination with both internal teams and external partners.
• Aid in mobility-related coordination (e.g., relocations, document management, employment documentation).
• Ensure that onboarding documentation and procedures align with the specific requirements of the Americas.
• Manage open tickets, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritization.
• Keep records current across platforms such as Monday.com, Dropbox, and HRIS.
• Assist in organizing internal documentation and training resources under the direction of the EX Manager.
• Support operational tasks and process execution to maintain smooth daily workflows.
• Identify trends in employee inquiries and provide suggestions for enhancing processes and documentation.
• Assist with EX team projects and initiatives as required.
• Work closely with the Employee Experience team on routine tasks and projects.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Receive ongoing mentorship and training to expand responsibilities and scope.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, or employee mobility, ideally with exposure to markets in the Americas, specifically:
• - US
• - Canada
• - Mexico
• - Brazil
• - Knowledge of onboarding processes and employment documentation in international settings.
• - Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills; meticulous attention to detail is essential.
• - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• - Proficiency in utilizing HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., ticketing systems, Monday.com, Dropbox).
• - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• - A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a sincere interest in people operations and global HR.
