Employee Experience Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for the complete HR lifecycle for employees under the EOR model, encompassing everything from onboarding to daily HR operations and offboarding.

• Guide and oversee a team of HR and onboarding specialists, offering direction and support to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.

• Administer SLAs and OKRs to achieve excellence in operations.

• Develop, train, and expand a top-tier remote team.

• Collaborate efficiently with various teams, such as Sales, Product, and Payroll, to ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination, facilitate effective workflows, and address challenges.

• Record and uphold comprehensive processes related to EOR operations, guaranteeing clarity, consistency, and adherence to company policies and regulations.

• Continuously improve the employee experience by implementing industry best practices, promptly resolving issues, and fostering a supportive work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Global HR Manager position; prior EOR experience is a significant plus.

• Demonstrated success in multi-country HR roles with a solid understanding of payroll processes.

• Extensive knowledge of international employment law and regulations.

• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and project management abilities.

• Experience in team management is essential.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Proficient in English.
