This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Develop and Implement Engagement Strategies: Create and execute programs, initiatives, and activities that enhance employee engagement and morale, in alignment with our mission, values, and business goals. Oversee planning, budgeting, communication, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement.
• Employee Feedback & Insights: Assist in designing and executing comprehensive employee feedback initiatives (such as surveys, focus groups, and sentiment analysis) to evaluate employee experience and workplace culture. Analyze data and feedback to generate actionable recommendations, fostering accountability and ongoing improvement. Collaborate with analytics teams to provide real-time, stakeholder-focused reporting and insights for data-driven decision-making. Present key employee experience metrics and findings to leadership.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Keep up with industry trends and best practices, daringly experimenting and learning from results to continually enhance employee engagement. Pilot and implement new tools and processes that improve satisfaction, retention, and innovation.
• Culture Champions Community Management: Develop and oversee our Culture Champion program to nurture our desired culture, ensuring it adapts to the organization’s growth and evolving needs.
• Event Planning Support: Assist our community in organizing employee events, supporting recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives that promote community and connection.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, IT, Facilities, and business leaders to provide integrated employee experience solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for employee experience, embodying our values and driving impactful results.
• 5+ years of experience in employee experience, talent management, or similar HR roles within a tech or high-growth setting.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing employee engagement and listening programs at scale.
• Expertise in employee engagement strategies and best practices.
• Advanced understanding of employee listening methodologies, survey design, and data analysis.
• Strong familiarity with HR technology platforms (engagement, analytics, feedback tools, ideally Qualtrics).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities; capable of influencing at all levels.
• Hands-on execution experience in fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive environments.
• Proven agility and adaptability to achieve results amid rapid change.
• Passionate about fostering innovative, accountable, and high-performing cultures.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Experience with global and remote teams is highly desirable.
