This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Design and execute programs, initiatives, and activities that enhance employee engagement and morale in alignment with our mission, values, and business goals. Oversee planning, budgeting, communication, stakeholder management, and impact measurement.
• Contribute to the conception and implementation of comprehensive employee feedback programs (e.g., surveys, focus groups, sentiment analysis) aimed at assessing employee experience and organizational culture.
• Analyze data and feedback to develop actionable recommendations, promoting accountability and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to provide real-time, stakeholder-centric reporting and insights for informed, data-driven decision-making.
• Track key employee experience metrics and present findings to leadership.
• Remain updated on industry trends and best practices, courageously experimenting and learning from outcomes to continually enhance employee engagement. Pilot and integrate new tools and processes that boost satisfaction, retention, and innovation.
• Establish and lead our Culture Champion program to foster our desired culture, ensuring it adapts with the organization’s growth and evolving needs.
• Assist our community in organizing employee events, supporting recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives that promote community and connection.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Facilities, and business leaders to deliver cohesive employee experience solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for employee experience, embodying our values and driving impactful results.
• Over 5 years of experience in employee experience, talent management, or related HR roles within a tech or high-growth setting.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing employee engagement and listening programs at scale.
• In-depth knowledge of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
• Advanced understanding of employee listening methodologies, survey design, and data analysis.
• Strong familiarity with HR technology platforms (engagement, analytics, feedback tools, ideally Qualtrics).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities; capable of influencing at all levels.
• Hands-on experience in fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive environments.
• Demonstrated agility and adaptability to achieve results amid rapid change.
• Passion for nurturing innovative, accountable, and high-performing cultures.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Experience working with global and remote teams is a significant advantage.
