Employee Benefits Technology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Implement and provide support for client benefit administration and HR technology platforms.

• Act as a liaison resource among various teams.

• Take the lead on the implementation of Employee Navigator.

• Maintain expertise in additional client benefit administration systems.

• Oversee the implementation of HR modules within client HRIS systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in payroll, benefits technology, or a related discipline.

• Proven capability to collaborate effectively across Benefits, Payroll, and HR teams.

• Hands-on experience with Employee Navigator is highly preferred.

• Competence in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple systems.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
