This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee programs that provide support to sales and client management teams, enhancing resources, reporting, and coordination to stimulate new business, renewals, and client retention.
• Monitor and coordinate cross-sale initiatives with various practices (such as Retirement, HR Consulting, Property & Casualty), which includes organizing collateral, preparing for meetings, and following up on outcomes.
• Analyze client and portfolio data to identify at-risk clients, suggest targeted retention strategies, and assess effectiveness, while presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create and implement national campaigns, manage content calendars, and develop messaging and materials specific to Employee Benefits (EB) that align with practice strategy.
• Evaluate engagement metrics and qualitative feedback to guide future initiatives and refine communication strategies.
• Coordinate regional initiatives, visits, and events, ensuring they align with national standards and strategic priorities, and guarantee timely follow-up on action items.
• Act as a liaison between national leadership and local teams, promoting the sharing of best practices and establishing feedback loops to inform national planning.
• Gather, analyze, and organize carrier performance data; prepare materials and recommendations for advisory meetings and ensure action items are tracked to completion.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and resource planning for EB training programs and field development curricula.
• Utilize Power BI and other tools to extract, organize, and report on essential metrics (such as revenue, pipeline, retention, and cross-sales).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance brokerage/consulting, or a related field that involves operational support, analytics, or program coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated adaptability and learning agility to quickly respond to shifting needs, evolving products, and changing business objectives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready materials and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven capability to build relationships and collaborate with Sales, Client Management, Marketing, Product/Technology, Learning & Development, and Carrier/Vendor partners.
• High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort in working with performance metrics, reports, and analytics to inform recommendations and decisions.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
