This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee a portfolio of micro/small SME group risk clients.
• Actively reach out to clients during renewal periods.
• Ensure that renewal income from the portfolio remains at suitable levels.
• Actively seek opportunities to increase revenue from current clients.
• Acquire new group risk business through referral sources.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance and meet business standards KPI targets.
• Provide transparent and timely reporting of renewal income and new business metrics.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with insurance providers.
• Experience in group risk within a broking or advisory setting.
• Strong knowledge of group risk products.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining a portfolio of group risk clients.
• GR1 qualified (or in the process of obtaining certification).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
