
Employee Benefits Client Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as a key point of contact for employers concerning employee benefits, offering guidance, support, and addressing employee inquiries.
• Provide administrative assistance to clients by overseeing provider updates, which include onboarding new joiners, processing leavers, managing employee changes, and handling annual renewal tasks.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, manage enrollment procedures, and supervise monthly benefits payroll reporting for clients utilizing a benefits platform.
• Offer proactive assistance to the Client Director in managing client relationships and guaranteeing exceptional service delivery.
• Adhere to strict deadlines for monthly benefits payroll reporting and renewal procedures.
• Handle multiple client accounts concurrently while effectively managing competing priorities.
• Collaborate with the technology team to maintain the accuracy and currency of client benefits platforms.
• Assist in the development and execution of internal best practices aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A solid educational background, preferably to A level or equivalent, or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to manipulate and interpret data.
• Ideally possess knowledge of employee benefits, including flexible benefits and pensions.
• Proficient in IT skills.
• Familiarity with benefits platforms is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Highly organized and capable of meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Dedicated to continuous learning and development.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering a high standard of client support.
• Completion of relevant employment, address, credit history, and standard criminal record checks prior to starting the role.
• Training will be provided to bridge any knowledge gaps.
