This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in overseeing client accounts and ensure effective and timely communication.
• Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Prepare and present client reports, updates, and presentations under the guidance of the Account Executive.
• Establish and nurture positive client relationships through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Aid the Account Executive in formulating account strategies and identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects according to client specifications and deadlines.
• Track project progress and provide status updates to both clients and the Account Executive.
• Organize and maintain account files, documentation, and records.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and invoices.
• Manage relationships with benefits vendors and service providers.
• Offer guidance and support to employees regarding benefits questions and issues.
• Conduct benefits orientations and workshops.
• Create and distribute communication materials related to benefits.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or related areas.
• Florida Life & Health Insurance license (2-15) required within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel is essential.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial-related field is preferred, or relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Professional designation is preferred.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 to 50 words per minute is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agency Management Systems is preferred.
