This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with managers and staff to comprehend, oversee, and address complaints, while conducting investigations as necessary.
• Engage in policy interpretation and aid in creating organizational policies and procedural efficiencies.
• Design and deliver leadership training on essential employee relations subjects.
• Employ a consultative approach to offer impartial coaching and counseling services to both managers and employees.
• Assist managers in navigating the necessary steps for corrective actions related to disciplinary or performance issues.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to foster a proactive employee relations environment.
• Oversee the involuntary exit process and carry out exit interviews.
• Contribute actively to the success of the AP team.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Capability to maintain professionalism under pressure and possess exceptional conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while recognizing when to seek additional resources or escalate issues as needed.
• Proficient in setting priorities, managing multiple responsibilities, and meeting deadlines.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with experience interacting across all levels of an organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Competence in conducting investigations and driving towards positive resolutions.
• Unsurpassed discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Comfortable operating amidst ambiguity.
