This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess the stages of client life-cycles and determine their financial objectives.
• Offer suitable solutions, products, services, and investment strategies.
• Educate clients on the principles of financial planning and effectively communicate EFE’s value proposition.
• Secure client engagements and assist clients in developing personalized investment strategies.
• Follow up to ensure the completion of onboarding procedures.
• Open client accounts and facilitate fund transfers and management.
• Engage with existing clients to review and modify their strategies as needed.
• Manage client interactions efficiently within designated meeting times.
• Conduct thorough client reviews.
• Collaborate with EFE account support staff to ensure timely and accurate administration.
• Deliver financial planning services, advice, and ongoing relationship management primarily via phone and virtual conferencing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services.
• High emotional intelligence: capacity to exhibit empathy, care, and concern.
• Ability to discuss complex and personal subjects in an understandable manner for clients.
• Competent in managing emotional conversations and de-escalating situations when necessary.
• Series 65 or 66 license is mandatory.
• CFP or CRPC certification is preferred.
• A 4-year college degree is required.
• Background in finance and/or business is preferred.
• Completion or certification in financial/life planning education is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Financial Peace University or similar programs is a plus.
