This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide advanced medical evaluations, trauma management, stabilization, and critical care in both clinical and non-clinical environments.
• Function adeptly in tactical, semi-austere, remote, and high-risk scenarios, frequently as the primary medical provider.
• Stay prepared for swift deployment during emergencies, disasters, or specific mission assignments.
• Execute medical threat evaluations, operational strategy, and risk mitigation for clients and supported teams.
• Oversee medical apparatus, austere medical kits, pharmaceuticals, and logistical arrangements for missions.
• Facilitate access to higher-level medical care, collaborate with partner facilities, and coordinate medical evacuations when necessary.
• Deliver on-site medical assistance to protective or crisis management teams.
• Conduct medical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Educate clients or team members on BLS, trauma response, and medical readiness as needed.
• Valid NREMT-A, NREMT-Paramedic, or RN license/certification (unrestricted).
• A minimum of 5+ years of direct patient care experience in settings such as ambulance/EMS, ER, ICU, flight medicine, or direct contract medical support.
• Current certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS; PHTLS/ITLS or a comparable trauma certification.
• Proven capability to work independently in remote, semi-austere, or operational environments.
• Exceptional clinical decision-making, patient management, and emergency care skills.
• Willingness to travel, deploy, and operate in dynamic or high-pressure situations.
• Previous military medical experience (68W, Navy IDC, IDMT, or equivalent).
• Background in critical care or flight medicine (ER, ICU, CCU, aeromedical).
• Additional advanced certifications such as FP-C, CCP-C, CCEMTP, TNCC, CFRN/CTRN, or similar.
• Experience in supporting:
• o Protective security initiatives
• o Humanitarian or conflict-zone missions
• o Disaster-response operations
• Knowledge of TCCC, TECC, prolonged field care, and operational medical roles.
