This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives by generating, developing, and finalizing the sales pipeline.
• Create and enhance Account Plans for significant accounts within the designated territory.
• Execute prospecting initiatives and conduct research to connect with new business prospects and spark client interest.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to clearly define specific sales methods and distinguish our CERius solution from competitors.
• Establish and sustain strong customer relationships, gaining their trust through value-focused interactions and effective execution.
• Deliver a professional sales experience for clients, which includes structured meeting agendas, timely follow-ups, and rapid issue resolution.
• Keep precise information updated in the CRM system.
• Be open to traveling to customer sites and company offices as required (up to 50% of the time).
• Utilize feedback from clients and internal teams to enhance your sales strategies.
• Become proficient in ESG and guide clients on how to utilize CERius to achieve their sustainability objectives.
• Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years in sales, showcasing a robust history of generating and closing new business opportunities.
• Must possess 2-3+ years of successful experience selling enterprise-level deals to C-suite stakeholders.
• Exceptional Prospecting Skills: A proven track record in cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn and other methods to acquire new leads.
• Sales Process Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, employing a consultative selling approach such as Challenger Sales, Miller Heiman, etc.
• Negotiation Skills: Proficient in managing objections and steering discussions to finalize deals beneficial to both the customer and the business.
• Strong Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as a consultative seller - actively listening to customers and excelling in assisting them with their challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
