This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Facilitate communication between clients and Payroll Providers regarding payroll matters.
• Review monthly payroll reports submitted by Payroll Providers.
• Ensure adherence to all established timelines.
• Provide regular updates to the EMEA Payroll Supervisor.
• Suggest and implement departmental-specific procedures that receive approval.
• Deliver compliance and process quality assurance.
• Exceptional time management, administrative skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, email, and internet usage.
