This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the complete partnership development process with enterprise accounts, government agencies, and public sector institutions across the EMEA region.
• Discover, approach, and finalize strategic partnerships with major enterprises in EMEA, spanning technology, finance, professional services, retail, and more.
• Navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder procurement processes that are characteristic of European enterprise and government accounts.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and procurement leaders.
• Identify, recruit, and engage resellers, system integrators, and channel partners to distribute Replit's products throughout EMEA.
• Create enablement programs, co-selling strategies, and joint go-to-market plans with channel partners.
• Negotiate partnership contracts, reseller agreements, and co-marketing collaborations.
• Track partner performance and refine programs to enhance channel revenue.
• Establish partnerships with universities, coding bootcamps, and educational institutions in EMEA to foster the adoption of Replit in educational settings.
• Collaborate with the Department for Education and government digital skills initiatives to position Replit as the preferred platform for coding education.
• Design programs that provide educational partners with substantial access to Replit's tools, curriculum resources, and credits.
• Promote bottom-up adoption among EMEA builders through community engagement, developer relations, and product-led growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Replit's Product, Marketing, and Community teams to highlight EMEA-specific use cases and advocate for features that cater to the local market.
• Build and foster a community of Replit power users and advocates throughout EMEA.
• Represent Replit at significant EMEA technology conferences, trade shows, and industry events (e.g., London Tech Week).
• Develop and manage a comprehensive deal pipeline, tracking opportunities from initial prospecting to closing.
• Report on partnership and growth metrics, ensuring activities lead to measurable business outcomes.
• Work alongside Replit's global Partnerships team on cross-functional projects across enterprise, education, and international growth.
• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or growth, preferably within a technology or SaaS context.
• In-depth understanding of the business landscape in EMEA, including enterprise sales cycles, public sector procurement, and the broader London tech ecosystem.
• Proven success in sourcing, structuring, and finalizing enterprise or government partnerships in the EMEA region.
• Experience interacting with or selling to public sector institutions, large enterprises, or through channel/reseller networks in EMEA.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical developers, non-technical operators, C-suite executives, and government stakeholders.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach; comfortable with uncertainty and eager to establish market presence from the ground up.
• Data-driven approach — you quantify what is important and leverage insights to adapt quickly.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the future of software creation and democratizing access to software development.
• Bonus Qualifications: Experience in developer tools, coding education, SaaS platforms, or consulting related to digital transformation.
