
EMEA Account Manager – Medical Devices

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline within your designated territory.
• Frequently visit customer locations to showcase offerings and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Apply strategic account management techniques to sustain and enhance relationships with global key accounts.
• Propel business growth within the assigned territory through targeted strategies.
• Responsible for expanding business with both existing and new accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in customer organizations.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to pinpoint emerging trends, potential customers, and new market opportunities.
• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the territory and targeted markets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
• Lead negotiations and finalize deals to ensure profitable and sustainable agreements.
• Accurately predict sales targets and strive to meet or exceed them.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.
• Regularly report on sales activities and the status of the sales pipeline.
• Extensive experience in sales within the Medical Device industry.
• Strong industry connections with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Familiarity with ISO-13485 and FDA/EU Class II and Class III Regulatory Clearance.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proficient computer skills, including expertise in MS Office and CRM software.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship-building.
• Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and business needs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Requires light physical activity for non-strenuous daily tasks.
• Involves periods of sitting while using a computer, as well as standing and walking.
