This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establishing, owning, and consistently enhancing quality standards and acceptance criteria for digitization output across all production partners, including both in-house facilities and outsourced fulfillment partners, serving as the internal authority on what constitutes "good" quality.
• Collaborating with digitization partners on quality matters — evaluating digitization output, conducting capability assessments, driving performance enhancements, and exploring alternatives when standards fall short; also working alongside in-house and partner production facilities to achieve embroidery production quality goals.
• Developing and managing the quality measurement framework: identifying KPIs and metrics that monitor EMB and digitization quality performance over time, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
• Crafting digitization guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation that both internal teams and external partners can adhere to and be held accountable for — creating documentation that is effective without requiring extensive guidance.
• Pinpointing and implementing enhancements to improve the interaction of merchants and customers with embroidery — providing design tool guidance, conducting pre-submission quality checks, and utilizing AI-assisted tools to identify issues before they enter production.
• Working collaboratively across functions with Operations, Merchant Success, and Product/Tech teams to synchronize quality initiatives and integrate standards into tools and processes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities — capable of navigating various internal and external stakeholders with differing priorities, fostering alignment, and facilitating decisions across departments.
• Practical digitization expertise with professional software (Wilcom, Pulse, Hatch, or equivalent) — possessing in-depth knowledge of stitch types, underlay techniques, pull compensation, density settings, and fabric-specific requirements within commercial production settings.
• Proven experience in writing or owning digitization standards, quality acceptance criteria, or partner briefs — not merely working within an existing framework but also creating and maintaining one.
• Experience collaborating with digitization partners on quality issues — assessing output, enforcing standards, and improving performance — in addition to working with both in-house and outsourced production facilities on embroidery quality results.
• Demonstrated ability to create QA scorecards, audit frameworks, and defect tracking systems — adept at converting visual quality outcomes into measurable, trackable KPIs.
• Comfortable working with data: able to interpret performance dashboards, recognize trends, and use data to support prioritization and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken); experienced in working within international production networks; capable of clearly translating technical digitization constraints to non-technical audiences.
• A global, inclusive team that is supportive, ambitious, and dedicated to achieving results.
• The option to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office located in Riga.
• Flexible working hours, allowing you to start your day as early as 8 AM or as late as 11 AM.
• Private health insurance.
• Two additional paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well-being.
• One extra paid day off to celebrate a birthday or any other occasion of your choosing.
• Opportunities for mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons, available both on-site and online.
• Complimentary healthy lunch for those working from the Riga office.
• The ability to design and order your own merchandise using our platforms with an employee discount.
• Memorable team-building events and parties that you won’t forget!
