This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the development of the team and the execution of projects.
• Organize and strategize projects following the Agile (Scrum) methodology.
• Set and uphold exemplary standards of firmware within the team.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to assess, evaluate, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company and team-specific coding standards, documentation, and procedures.
• Propel enhancements in team performance and operational procedures.
• Manage performance reviews and goal-setting for team members.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in programming embedded systems using C/C++.
• Have prior experience with GSM, GNSS, and BLE technologies.
• Be familiar with CI/CD practices and demonstrate proficiency in unit testing techniques and frameworks.
• Hold a degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.
• Be skilled in coaching, mentoring, and empowering team members.
• Exhibit strong independent problem-solving skills.
• Have a deep understanding of multi-tasking, embedded system architecture design methodologies, and the latest software quality standards.
