This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee projects from their inception to final execution, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Create project roadmaps that outline scope, milestones, budget, and resource distribution.
• Establish and track KPIs, proactively manage risks, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, software development, and field operations teams to ensure technical outputs meet business objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders through status updates, executive summaries, and risk management strategies.
• Foster long-lasting customer relationships by promoting transparency and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Detect dependencies and obstacles at an early stage.
• Act as the primary escalation contact for issues related to projects.
• Confirm that solutions adhere to technical specifications and quality criteria.
• Oversee the final transition, documentation, and training processes.
• Promote lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Project Management or leadership position.
• 3–5 years managing client-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
• 3–5 years of experience using project management tools like Jira or MS Project.
• Strong skills in project and time management.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in the physical security industry.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, positive, and focused on results.
• Proven skills in building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected status under asylum or refugee status, or capable of obtaining export authorization.
