Embedded AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Become a part of client engineering teams as an embedded software engineer.

• Produce high-quality software in collaboration with client developers.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to expedite software delivery while ensuring engineering standards are upheld.

• Develop and tailor AI agents that enhance engineering workflows and software delivery processes.

• Implement practical AI-driven development methodologies through daily collaboration with engineering teams.

• Recognize opportunities to automate repetitive engineering tasks and boost development efficiency.

• Disseminate effective engineering practices across client projects and actively contribute to the progressive development of PIPE44.

• Collaborate closely with AI Solutions Architects to ensure that technical delivery aligns with each client's overarching AI transformation goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in building production software across backend, fullstack, or platform engineering.

• Strong backend engineering skills in one or more modern programming languages.

• Proven experience in designing and developing modern web applications, APIs, and distributed software systems.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, engineering best practices, and maintainable production code.

• Experience contributing to modern frontend technologies is a plus.

• Quick to learn new languages, frameworks, and client technology stacks.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

• Basic knowledge of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and agentic development methodologies.

• Proficient in Git version control.

• Proven track record of reliable, consistent delivery within remote engineering teams.

• Comfortable operating within established engineering processes while suggesting enhancements.

• Strong sense of ownership, ensuring you deliver on commitments.

• Proficient in business-fluent English, both written and verbal.
