Email & SMS Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform audits, formulate strategies, produce content, and establish broadcast campaigns alongside email automation for both existing and prospective clients.

• Implement SMS campaigns.

• Define and spearhead email marketing and SMS strategies for customers.

• Oversee the email marketing calendar, strategy, content creation, campaign execution and deployment, A/B testing, analysis, and reporting.

• Construct and manage automated email marketing initiatives with comprehensive tracking and evaluation.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure adherence to email brand guidelines.

• Analyze lifecycle program performance and deliver monthly recommendations to clients.

• Leverage data to test, assess, and enhance email marketing initiatives.

• Work cross-functionally with internal digital channels and teams.

• Utilize AI technologies to refine and optimize business operations.

• Make use of Power Digital's Nova ecosystem within the department.

• Manage 5–7 enterprise or growth accounts.

• Aim to keep client churn below 10% while achieving defined EBITDA objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in email marketing strategy, production, and comprehensive campaign management.

• Strong analytical abilities and strategic copywriting expertise.

• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and the capability to draw insights from data and act accordingly.

• Practical experience with email platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or similar tools.

• Experience with SMS marketing (preferred).

• Proficiency in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copywriting, and design strategies.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email development.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle challenging conversations effectively.
