Email & SMS Marketing Manager – E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the email and SMS marketing strategy along with its implementation in Klaviyo.

• Develop, schedule, test, and enhance promotional campaigns.

• Design and refine automated workflows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, browse abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups, win-back campaigns, and retention strategies.

• Segment audiences based on their behaviors, purchase histories, and levels of engagement.

• Oversee campaign calendars aligned with promotions, launches, and critical sales periods.

• Collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams on messaging, offers, and campaign materials.

• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, offers, timing, and audience segments.

• Keep track of deliverability and maintain the health of the mailing list.

• Monitor metrics related to revenue, conversion rates, engagement, and retention.

• Leverage performance data to continually enhance email and SMS outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Klaviyo.

• Demonstrated expertise in email and SMS marketing within the e-commerce or DTC sectors.

• Proficient in creating complex automated workflows and customer journeys.

• In-depth knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

• Comfortable with analyzing metrics related to revenue, conversion, open rates, click rates, and retention.

• Strong skills in copywriting, merchandising, and promotional strategies.

• Experience in A/B testing and optimizing campaigns.

• Familiarity with email/SMS deliverability and compliance best practices.

• Background in marketing consumer products is advantageous.
