This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee Shopify Plus product pages, encompassing layouts, variants, metafields, imagery, specifications, and text content.

• Manage collections and homepage merchandising, which includes product sequencing, highlighted categories, and specially curated collections.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new products and vendors while ensuring the accuracy of product data and taxonomy.

• Handle extensive catalogs, guaranteeing the correct variants, naming conventions, attributes, collections, and the elimination of orphaned or broken products.

• Create collections based on style, room, seasonal themes, and “Complete the Look” concepts.

• Analyze performance data to pinpoint underperforming products, pages, and categories, and implement merchandising enhancements.

• Collaborate with content teams to secure necessary photography, renderings, and product assets.

• Develop AI-enhanced workflows for catalog enrichment, tagging, copy generation, image quality assurance, and other repetitive tasks.

• Set up scalable merchandising processes and standards as the organization expands.


⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus, including products, variants, metafields, collections, and bulk operations.

• Experience in managing large catalogs, ideally ranging from thousands to tens of thousands of SKUs.

• Strong grasp of product taxonomy, catalog structure, and data integrity.

• Excellent visual and aesthetic judgment, along with a solid understanding of e-commerce merchandising and conversion-oriented page layout.

• Capability to analyze basic e-commerce performance metrics and translate insights into merchandising strategies.

• Outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying catalog discrepancies.

• AI-savvy: proven experience in building or utilizing AI-assisted workflows for e-commerce and catalog operations.

• Highly resourceful and self-motivated; comfortable initiating processes from the ground up.

• Availability to work during US hours.

• Preferred: Experience in building materials, home improvement, furniture, or interior design.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Notion, or basic image-editing capabilities.

• Preferred: Experience with PIM or bulk catalog management.

• Preferred: Basic knowledge of Liquid, SQL, or Python.
