This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of Klaviyo for various high-performing eCommerce brands.
• Develop systems that generate revenue effectively.
• Safeguard deliverability as if it were paramount.
• Execute rapid launches, continuous testing, and enhance customer retention.
• Design flows and lifecycle architecture: welcome, abandon, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, browse, replenishment, and any other necessary components for the brand.
• Manage campaign execution: build, schedule, segment, quality assurance, report, and iterate.
• Maintain segmentation and list hygiene: ensure it is tight, clean, and profitable.
• Focus on deliverability: sender reputation, best practices, monitoring, and prevent issues before they arise.
• Foster a testing culture: subject lines, offers, creative angles, flow logic, timing, and segmentation rules.
• Uphold SOP excellence: adhere to the system, enhance it, and leave everything in better condition than you found it.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on, dedicated experience with Klaviyo.
• Ability to confidently manage flows, segmentation, analytics, integrations, and deliverability.
• Experience in an agency or multi-client environment, handling 8 or more clients simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of direct response; you prioritize revenue over mere impressions.
• Full-time availability is required; this role is not a side job.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays as needed.
