Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Develop and initiate lifecycle outputs on platforms such as Klaviyo, adhering to the master brief to guarantee that each campaign is properly configured, thoroughly QA’d, and functionally flawless.

• Take charge of ClickUp, ensuring it is consistently updated, with all delivery items completed promptly and in line with our quality benchmarks.

• Oversee daily internal and client communications, providing complete clarity on deliverables while maintaining a rigorous approval process that swiftly captures and addresses feedback.

• Support the copy and design teams by offering clear guidance and achievable deadlines, ensuring a balanced workload that facilitates high-quality and efficient execution.

• Track and enhance execution results against client KPIs, recognizing trends or technical opportunities to discuss with the Strategist to guarantee ongoing improvement in our work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Systems, or a related discipline; CRM or Project Management certifications are highly advantageous.

• 1-3 years of experience in DTC eCommerce or lifecycle marketing (either in an agency or in-house), with a solid background in email and SMS execution.

• Practical experience in building and QA’ing campaigns in Klaviyo (or a similar platform) and navigating Shopify environments.

• Capability to manage intricate workflows, timelines, and dependencies within ClickUp or equivalent project management tools.

• Outstanding attention to detail for technical execution, effective communication for alignment with clients/internal teams, and the ability to evaluate performance metrics.

• Familiarity with subscription platforms (Recharge/Skio), loyalty tools (LoyaltyLion), or advanced retention technologies such as PostPilot or Octane AI.
