Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement strategic email marketing plans and initiatives

• Review, edit, and oversee email content from development to delivery

• Assist in the management and execution of a lead generation strategy

• Determine target segments and establish campaign objectives

• Collaborate with vendors to develop a partially integrated email database

• Supervise daily list management within the email service provider

• Maintain the accuracy, security, and hygiene of the email database

• Operate independently while also working in partnership with cross-functional teams

• Track and evaluate the performance of email marketing efforts

• Establish and oversee the key structure for digital campaign sources

• Record process road maps, A/B testing results, and successful email campaigns

• Assist with marketing projects across website, social media, and other digital platforms

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of required experience, with a preference for 4 years, in exceptional copywriting, design, and editing

• Comprehensive knowledge of Email Service Providers such as Engaging Networks, MailChimp, Campaigner, or Salesforce

• Minimum of 2 years of required experience in email deliverability and reputation management

• At least 2 years of required experience in managing customer relationship management (CRM) and data integration systems

• Minimum of 2 years of required experience with extensive email database management and marketing automation tools

• At least 2 years of required experience managing multiple vendors, platforms, and projects simultaneously

• Minimum of 2 years of required experience with WordPress or other content management systems
