This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for daily email creation from concept to publication aimed at an audience of active traders.

• Develop a strategically planned email content calendar while remaining adaptable to changes driven by market conditions or industry events.

• Engage in continuous idea development across various themes and perspectives.

• Ensure a consistent structure, rhythm, and tone that aligns with the established TakeProfitTrader voice.

• Produce first drafts that emphasize clarity, credibility, and efficiency.

• Deliver high-quality daily emails on a dependable schedule.

• Design and uphold a dynamic email framework (including themes, formats, and recurring concepts) to avoid redundancy and reader fatigue.

• Recognize timely and relevant opportunities to modify or override the email calendar as needed.

• Work closely with the CMO on voice, positioning, and strategic initiatives.

• Revise copy based on feedback, performance indicators, and business context.

• Maintain clean, precise, and compliant copy that steers clear of hype, exaggeration, or overly optimistic language.

• Assist with additional copywriting tasks (such as landing pages, paid advertisements, and promotions) as capacity allows once email responsibilities are fully established.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of senior-level copywriting expertise, particularly focused on email.

• Demonstrated ability to craft clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented copy without resorting to hype.

• Experience in planning and overseeing ongoing email campaigns or newsletters.

• Strong skills in editing, proofreading, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in using AI tools within a modern copywriting workflow without compromising authenticity.

• Knowledge of email best practices, including subject lines, calls to action, frequency, and deliverability.
