Email Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Create and implement email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy's subscriber base.

• Segment audiences according to their behaviors, preferences, and engagement history.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, sending times, and calls to action to enhance open and click rates.

• Develop and sustain automated flows, including welcome sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and offer notifications.

• Oversee deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and overall list health.

• Collaborate with the content team to ensure email strategies align with broader marketing campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Familiarity with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools is essential.

• Excellent writing skills — your writing should resonate with humans, not read like a marketing robot.

• Basic knowledge of email metrics, including open rate, click-through rate (CTR), and deliverability.

• Detail-oriented — mistakes in mass emails can be costly.

• Comfortable working with templates and making basic HTML email modifications.

• Able to manage oneself and meet deadlines effectively.
