Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and enhance email campaigns to support a variety of company initiatives.

• Collaborate with teams in product marketing, brand marketing, sales, copyediting, localization, and design to develop campaigns aimed at diverse audience segments.

• Assist in high-priority business projects such as marketing for AI tools.

• Evaluate email performance metrics and user interactions to consistently boost campaign effectiveness.

• Conduct A/B testing on email content, subject lines, and calls to action to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices to foster innovation in our email marketing efforts.

• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and expand email campaigns across various languages and regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in email marketing, ideally with exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

• Background in software or technology marketing is preferred.

• Capability to quickly learn and manage large amounts of information.

• Exceptional time management abilities and skill in prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Capacity to work independently and efficiently within a distributed team environment.

• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional team members.
