This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Lead the email and lifecycle strategy for client accounts, establishing segmentation, automation direction, campaign planning, and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Act as a strategic partner for clients, driving discussions, presenting recommendations, and aligning strategies with business objectives.
• Take ownership of audits, performance analysis, and strategic roadmaps aimed at enhancing retention, engagement, and revenue across accounts.
• Provide guidance to internal implementation, design, and copy teams, ensuring that deliverables align with the strategic vision set for each client.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to sustain account momentum, strategic alignment, and high-quality output.
• Pinpoint opportunities for growth and enhancement based on account performance, client requirements, and best practices in lifecycle marketing.
• 6-7+ years of experience in email, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic email marketing roles that focus on planning, optimization, and performance analysis rather than just execution.
• Confidence in engaging directly with clients in a client-facing capacity.
• Experience in an agency setting is highly preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce brands is strongly preferred.
• Strong capability to develop segmentation and lifecycle strategies driven by data and business goals.
• Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams, including implementation, design, and copy.
