This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of the complete lifecycle marketing strategy for major DTC clients, which includes developing roadmaps and recommending high-impact initiatives.
• Cultivate client relationships by managing calls and presentations, proactively resolving escalations, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
• Convert performance data into practical insights, generate executive-ready reports, and assist clients in prioritization and strategic decision-making.
• Manage monthly scope adjustments, collaborate with team leaders to oversee utilization, modify roadmaps, and ensure alignment with contracted hours.
• Guide and mentor Specialists and Senior Specialists in strategy, execution quality, and client interaction, while acting as a subject-matter expert in lifecycle marketing.
• Supervise campaign and flow execution, conduct quality assurance on deliverables, and ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and technical excellence across all accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in lifecycle marketing strategy and client advisory services for enterprise or large-scale DTC accounts.
• Proficient in email and lifecycle marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Braze, including expertise in segmentation, experimentation, loyalty, referrals, and subscriptions.
• Proven track record in client relationship management, encompassing leading calls, delivering insights, and managing escalations effectively.
• Capability to mentor, coach, and offer strategic direction to internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills, adept reporting capabilities, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable strategies.
