This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and enhance all lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
• Develop and implement campaign calendars in alignment with promotions and product launches
• Continuously assess and enhance flows and campaigns to boost revenue
• Evaluate performance metrics across email and SMS (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue contribution)
• Discover gaps and opportunities throughout the lifecycle funnel
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, offers, and messaging
• Foster ongoing iteration based on data insights
• Craft and fine-tune high-converting email and SMS content in accordance with brand voice
• Collaborate on messaging strategies that enhance engagement and sales
• Ensure uniformity across all lifecycle touchpoints
• Review the current setup of Klaviyo and SMS platforms (e.g., Postscript) and suggest enhancements
• Utilize existing flows, segments, and creative assets to boost performance
• Execute promptly using provided creative, data, and campaign materials
• Demonstrated experience in email and SMS lifecycle marketing (eCommerce experience required, DTC preferred)
• Practical experience with: Klaviyo (mandatory), Postscript or equivalent SMS platform (mandatory), Shopify or similar eCommerce platform (mandatory)
• In-depth understanding of retention, LTV, and lifecycle optimization
• Experience in creating and enhancing: Welcome flows, abandoned cart flows, Post-purchase flows, and Win-back campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Capability to both strategize and implement (not merely manage)
• Experience working with DTC / eCommerce brands
• Basic design sensibility or experience in creative direction
• Comfort working within Shopify-based ecosystems
• Experience collaborating with global/remote teams
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
