Email Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Create innovative and visually captivating newsletters for a diverse array of clients and sectors.

• Transform newsletter designs into responsive HTML email newsletters that function seamlessly on both desktop and mobile devices.

• Integrate and manage newsletters utilizing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Socketlabs, Mailpoet, and other related software.

• Schedule and oversee email campaigns for various clients while ensuring timely execution.

• Apply email marketing best practices to enhance email deliverability and engagement.

• Collaborate closely with the Email Marketing Client Coordinator to meet client expectations regarding email design, creativity, branding, and campaign objectives.

• Perform quality assurance checks to guarantee newsletters render correctly across different email clients and devices.

• Handle multiple newsletter projects concurrently while upholding high standards of quality and meticulous attention to detail.

• Remain informed about the latest trends in email marketing, design standards, and platform specifications.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding project timelines, revisions, and campaign progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.

• Previous experience in a similar role or field is essential.

• Excellent attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices and email deliverability is an advantage.

• Ability to create engaging and creative newsletters.

• Proficiency in converting newsletter designs into responsive HTML-based formats.

• Hands-on expertise with Mailpoet, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Socketlabs, or other comparable email marketing tools.

• Capacity to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.
