This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the bidirectional synchronization of data between Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring that leads, stages, and contact activities are consistently up-to-date across both platforms.
• Develop and execute intricate automated workflows and drip campaigns within HubSpot, utilizing Salesforce opportunity stages and custom object fields to deliver personalized content based on the prospect's journey and account status.
• Create, manage, and enhance multi-step automation workflows triggered by updates to Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Custom Objects) to initiate HubSpot actions such as email dispatches, enrollment, suppression, and branching logic.
• Establish and uphold data validation rules, field-mapping schemas, and synchronization logic to prevent data duplication and ensure database integrity on a large scale.
• Oversee, analyze, and resolve API synchronization errors, integration logs, and workflow audit histories to identify systemic issues in record updates, field mismatches, synchronization delays, or permission-related failures.
• Generate highly-targeted segments by combining Salesforce report criteria with HubSpot behavioral data (events, timestamps, scoring attributes) for elaborate campaigns and automated journeys.
• Manage enrichment, deduplication, archival, and sunset automation processes to guarantee long-term data quality and compliance across both platforms.
• Construct conditional branching and content pathways that convey the appropriate message at the right moment based on CRM and behavioral signals.
• Implement workflow version control to ensure that updates to triggers, enrollment criteria, and dependencies do not interfere with ongoing marketing and sales processes.
• 5–8 years of practical experience in marketing data management, email automation, and CRM integration.
• Required proficiency in both HubSpot and Salesforce, with an in-depth understanding of each platform.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Strong comprehension of CRM data architecture, including objects, fields, relationships, and synchronization logic.
• Demonstrated experience in creating complex automation workflows and drip campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge of API integrations, data mapping, and resolving synchronization issues between systems.
• Experience with behavioral segmentation and lifecycle-stage management.
• Strong instincts for data hygiene, including deduplication, enrichment, and compliance on a large scale.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to delve into logs, audit trails, and data discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to managing complex, interdependent systems.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Capability to interpret technical data concepts for marketing and sales stakeholders.
• Experience in the financial services industry and/or B2B marketing environments is advantageous.
• Competitive Base Salary Range of $62,800 to $100,800. Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law. The applicant’s final salary will depend on a number of factors including the applicant’s geographic location, skills, and experience.
