This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, create, audit, and enhance Klaviyo lifecycle automations that promote appointment bookings, membership retention, and eCommerce revenue growth.
• Develop lifecycle flows that are currently absent from the Formula Fig ecosystem.
• Establish automated programs for retention, re-engagement, win-back, onboarding, and cross-selling.
• Construct and refine appointment-centric lifecycle flows, which include welcome journeys, lead nurturing, booking conversion, and reactivation campaigns.
• Perform a comprehensive audit of existing live flows to guarantee proper functionality, accurate segmentation, and alignment with brand identity.
• Generate and uphold customer segments that support lifecycle marketing efforts.
• Create reporting frameworks across appointments, memberships, and eCommerce.
• Track flow performance, conversion rates, deliverability, and revenue attribution.
• Coordinate the copy, creative, and content requirements necessary to launch automations.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in building and managing advanced Klaviyo lifecycle programs.
• Familiarity with MindBody Online’s Marketing Suite.
• Proven expertise in developing flows, segments, campaigns, and reporting frameworks.
• Strong grasp of lifecycle marketing best practices and customer journey design.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing customer retention, engagement, and lifecycle revenue.
• Experience in creating win-back, onboarding, renewal, cross-sell, and loyalty programs.
• In-depth understanding of subscription or membership-based business models.
• Experience with customer data, integrations, and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and convert data into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of deliverability, segmentation strategies, and attribution reporting.
• Capacity to independently manage multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
