This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of email-channel-driven attributed revenue as a critical business outcome — establish the strategic vision for how email influences LTV, retention, and expansion within airSlate products.
• Collaborate with product teams to define the email lifecycle communication strategy: determine what to communicate, when, and to whom across activation, retention, expansion, and win-back stages.
• Drive churn-prevention and win-back initiatives through coordinated, signal-driven programs using email and push notifications — moving beyond one-off campaigns.
• Develop the email lifecycle roadmap for 2026 and beyond: assess existing programs, identify gaps and quick wins, prioritize efforts across four products, and align execution with attributed revenue objectives.
• Establish the role of email within multi-channel orchestration — clarifying boundaries and transitions between email, in-product messaging, and other communication channels.
• Convert behavioral signals, predictive churn scores, and lifecycle stage classifications into actionable segmentation logic and program triggers.
• Specify data requirements for lifecycle programs — detailing user signals, cohort definitions, and event triggers needed from the data engineering team, while managing those requests.
• Contribute to the revenue attribution model: collaborate with data teams to define lifecycle-stage-level KPIs, ensure accurate crediting of email performance, and validate that programs show measurable incremental lift.
• Collaborate with the data team to manage lifecycle dashboards, ensuring attribution reporting accurately reflects email's impact at each stage of the funnel.
• Utilize AI tools (both generative and agentic) to enhance personalization and automation at scale across a large, multi-product subscriber base.
• Oversee and mentor a team of three email marketing specialists — setting priorities, coaching on execution quality, and linking daily tasks to strategic lifecycle objectives.
• Coordinate with email development, data, demand generation, and product stakeholders to implement lifecycle programs from end to end within airEML.
• Maintain and enhance automated email journeys across all four products, possessing the authority to rebuild or retire programs based on data justification.
• Ensure email deliverability health and list quality at scale for a large, multi-product subscriber base.
• Minimum of 5 years in lifecycle, retention, or email marketing as a senior contributor or leader — experience with B2C or B2B SaaS/subscription products at scale is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive ownership of a lifecycle or retention program (strategy, journey design, segmentation, KPI ownership — not just execution).
• Understanding of attribution models and the impact of attribution windows on reported email performance.
• Experience working with behavioral data and predictive models for segmentation (e.g., churn scoring, lifecycle stage classification, or similar methodologies).
• Proficient in using a major marketing automation platform (such as Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent internal systems).
• Strong analytical abilities — comfortable working with dashboards and data from data warehouses.
• Solid grasp of email deliverability and list health management at scale (100K+ subscribers).
• Experience in a multi-product or multi-brand context is a significant advantage.
