📋 Description

• Take ownership of outbound and lifecycle messaging directed at B2C audiences utilizing Customer.io.

• Develop and execute communication strategies for current customers.

• Analyze user journey variations based on behavior across different markets.

• Transform insights from user journeys into consistent customer engagement touchpoints.

• Design and manage multi-channel communication campaigns that encompass email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app interactions.

• Conduct tests and experiments involving copy, design, audience segments, and communication channels.

• Ensure deliverability and uphold sender reputation.

• Aid in segmenting customer databases for tailored and targeted communications.

• Generate regular reports on campaign performance metrics and recommend enhancements.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams on CRM projects.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRM Manager or Email Marketing Manager in the B2C sector.

• Experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage.

• In-depth understanding of marketing effectiveness metrics throughout the customer journey.

• Proficiency in using customer engagement platforms.

• Knowledge of user segmentation and logical operators.

• Strong understanding of HTML and APIs.

• A goal-oriented and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to stay updated with the latest internet marketing trends.

• Expertise in AI is a considerable advantage.

• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
