Customer Success Analyst, Mandarin Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of deals and proactively engage with customers to advance negotiations and enhance revenue.

• Interact with customers through phone and email across various scenarios that require a tailored approach.

• Collect data on customer interactions and engagement to enhance the overall user experience.

• Assist renters in qualifying for their ideal homes.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to research and learn new information.

• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.

• Capability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.

• Availability to work during business hours (8-hour workday between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time).

• Required to work one weekend day each week with one day off during the week (5-day work week).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

• Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.

• Experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Hubspot, and similar platforms is a bonus.

• Prior experience with spreadsheets, data management, and technology is a plus.

• Familiarity with communication tools like Slack and Zoom is beneficial.

• Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
